Feelings are meant to be felt. However, when we seek to then impose these feelings onto others, we enter into a state of egoic reaction.
Once we are able to see how our reactions to others are simply a product of our egoic desire to feel alive, significant and worthy, we may ? perhaps ? be willing to become aware of how it is we react and most importantly ask ?Are we responding to what is in front of us OR reacting to our own Egos or past??
