Having a teenager is no joke! Ask any parent and they will concur! It?s a precarious terrain where the onus is to stay deeply connected and yet, at the very same time,?also allow for vast spaces of open-ended experimentation and freedom.?Navigating their moods, emotional perturbations and hormonal Tsunamis is a rocky?challenge.

It?s a time of budding sexual awareness, and great experimentation of identity, belonging, and worth. As a parent of a teen, it is an opportune time to watch our reactivity and enter a state of intense self-examination.
