Refund & Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview

Global Inner Disarmament LLC, operating as Dr. Shefali,
and
Conscious Coaching Revolution LLC, the administrative and operating entity for the Conscious Coaching Institute programs,

jointly provide various digital courses, coaching programs, and related services. Depending on the service purchased, payments may be processed by one or both entities. All terms contained in this policy apply jointly.

2. Product and Service Descriptions

We offer a range of services, including online courses, Conscious Coaching Institute programs, books, and live events. Detailed descriptions, including prices, formats, and any additional fees, are provided on the respective product pages.

Online Courses

• Access: Online courses are accessible through our Learning Management System (LMS) Kajabi at https://courses.drshefali.com/. Instructions for accessing the content are provided upon successful registration and payment.
• By accessing course materials, you acknowledge that digital content is delivered immediately and constitutes a completed service under applicable law.
• Duration: The duration and details of access to each course will be specified on the product page.
• Currency: All prices are listed in USD ($).
• Refund Terms: Online courses include a standard 7-day refund window unless different terms are stated on the course’s sales page. See Section 3 for details.

Conscious Coaching Institute Programs

• Access: Coaching programs are conducted online, with details provided upon successful registration.
• Duration: The length and schedule of each program are outlined on the program page.
• Currency: All prices are listed in USD ($).

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)

• Shipping: We currently ship physical products to eligible destinations worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
• All Sales Final: All sales of physical products are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for physical products. Please ensure that you review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

3. Refund Policy

Online Courses

• Standard Refund Window: Unless otherwise stated on the course’s sales page, online courses include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn’t the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
• Course-Specific Terms: Some courses have their own refund window or conditions. When they do, those terms are clearly stated on that course’s sales page and take precedence over this standard policy.
• How to Request a Refund: Email support@drshefali.com with your full name, the email address used at purchase, the course name, and your purchase date.
• Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• After the Refund Window: Once the applicable refund window has passed, online courses are non-refundable, because digital access is delivered immediately upon purchase.

Conscious Coaching Institute Programs

Enrollment in the Conscious Coaching Institute includes immediate access to the prerequisite course Conscious Parenting 2.0 (CP 2.0), valued at $299 USD.

To ensure fairness and prevent misuse of course materials, refunds are offered as follows:

• Full Refund Within 7 Days of Enrollment

Participants may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided they have not completed more than 20% of CP 2.0.

Important: CP 2.0 becomes non-refundable after 7 days because digital access is delivered immediately and cannot be revoked.

• Partial Refund After 7 Days of Enrollment Through 14 Days After the Scheduled Program Start Date

Participants may request a partial refund only if:

1. 1. 1. 1. They have not violated program policies,
         2. They have not accessed more than 20% of the core program curriculum, and
         3. They submit the refund request no later than 14 days after the scheduled cohort start date.

Refund Amount: Course tuition paid minus the published retail value of CP 2.0 ($299 USD).

• No Refunds After 14 Days From the Scheduled Program Start Date

After 14 days from the scheduled cohort start date, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for the program or CP 2.0.

This includes cases where a participant:

• • Chooses not to continue,
  • Misses sessions,
  • Fails to attend required classes, or
  • Does not use the provided materials.

Additional Notes:

• CP 2.0 access is delivered immediately upon enrollment and is considered “consumed” once accessed.
• Failure to attend live sessions, coaching calls, or program components does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Online Courses

• Cancellations: Cancellation requests for online courses follow the same terms as our Refund Policy (Section 3). Unless otherwise stated on the course’s sales page, you may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After the applicable window, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Conscious Coaching Institute Programs

Enrollment in the Conscious Coaching Institute includes immediate access to the prerequisite digital course Conscious Parenting 2.0 (CP 2.0). Access to the core certification curriculum, coaching sessions, and program materials is granted only when the scheduled cohort officially begins.

Cancellations for the Coaching Institute program are permitted as follows:

• Within 7 Days of Enrollment – Full Cancellation

Participants may cancel within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, provided they have not completed more than 20% of CP 2.0.
Note: CP 2.0 becomes non-refundable after 7 days.

• After 7 Days of Enrollment Through 14 Days After the Scheduled Cohort Start Date – Partial Cancellation

Participants may cancel after the 7-day enrollment window and up to 14 days after the scheduled program start date.

Approved cancellations during this period will receive a partial refund, calculated as:

• • • Tuition paid – $299 USD (the published value of CP 2.0)
    • CP 2.0 access is considered delivered and consumed upon enrollment and cannot be revoked.
• No Cancellations After 14 Days From the Scheduled Cohort Start Date

After 14 days from the scheduled cohort start date, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds of any kind.
This includes situations such as:

• • • Non-attendance
    • Failure to participate in live classes
    • Personal schedule conflicts
    • Change of circumstances

Once this period has passed, all payments are final.

Subscription Services

• You may cancel a subscription service at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Subscription plans renew automatically based on the billing cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annual).
• No proration or partial refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an item is shipped, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

6. Chargeback Policy

• Customers agree to contact us at info@drshefali.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are inconsistent with our published policies.
