Find a Conscious Coach

I have been interested in the human psyche since childhood. Due to my parents’ professions— psychotherapist and gynecologist —discussions about relationships and inner worlds were part of everyday life in our home.

Despite my early interest in psychology and medicine, I decided to study law. After completing my dissertation and bar exam, I became a professor of technology law at the University of St. Gallen.

At the same time, I have been following my own inner path since my twenties: meditation, yoga, and personal development have been constant companions. I have found a lot of inspiration along the way in seminars with Dr. Fleet Maull, Dr. Ron Siegel, Dr. Tara Brach, and others.

When I became a mother, I developed a growing desire to truly understand what children need —beyond expectations and perfectionism. The conscious parenting approach immediately resonated with me. In contrast to traditional parenting methods, it focuses on awareness, connection, and inner development.

Over time, I realized that the academic track no longer suited my inner life. I followed my intuition, resigned from my professorship, and applied to Dr. Shefali’s renowned Conscious Parenting Institute.

As a certified Conscious Parenting and Life Coach, I combine my analytical clarity from the legal world with my passion for psychological development.

I help people understand patterns, live more consciously, and bring more ease into their relationships and everyday lives.
