Hi, I’m Tanya! If we haven’t met before, really simply, I help parents become more present and connected with their children. They are ten times more relaxed with their kids, and create lifelong bonds that all parents should have with their children.
I help them do that by identifying the triggers, patterns and reactions that stop them from being great parents.

I?ve always wanted to help people. From the age of three. Truly! My Mum tells a story about how I proclaimed that I wanted to be a Doctor. I?m a seeker. And I?ve been on a journey to understand the workings of the human mind for over a decade now. That also means I?ve been doing ?the work? for over a decade too.

In 2016, my husband and I became parents to the most epic little soul. She tipped my world upside down, cracked me wide open. For that I am so grateful, because I parent a lot differently to how I had ever imagined I could.

I have a deep desire to help reduce the level of suffering we seem to impose on ourselves. And I believe that within each of us, we have the ability to unfold this pattern and transform – a peeling back of layers to uncover our true essence.
