Find a Conscious Coach

English Bio:

My name is Karemi, and I have a Master’s in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley where, among other areas of study, I received training on the behavioral and societal influences on physical and mental health status. I am certified as a Conscious Parenting Coach with Dr. Shefali Tsabary’s Conscious Coaching Institute, and I received my certificate for Dr. Gabor Maté’s Professional Training in Compassionate Inquiry, a graduate-level, trauma-informed, psychotherapeutic program.

My passion for growing as a mother and as a professional in the field of mental health has led me to dedicate years to academic and professional training. My years of experience working in the Department of Pediatrics with the University of California, San Diego inspired me to look beyond the physical health of children and families and to address the connection between children’s emotional well-being and their parents’ emotional states.

I share with parents the knowledge and tools they can use in their daily lives to raise children who enjoy mental and emotional health. I also work with clients in supporting their inner growth, whether it’s navigating a personal life circumstance or relationships.

My work is primarily based on the science of brain development and developmental psychology. I have two parenting podcasts – The Emotional Inheritance of Parenting – and its equivalent in Spanish. Through my coaching practice, I work with parents to help them connect to themselves and their children, and to establish the mental and emotional foundation for families to thrive. Spanish Bio:

The Emotional Inheritance of Parenting).
