Find a Conscious Coach

Hi! I’m Hend. I am a conscious parenting coach and mindfulness meditation teacher.

When I became a mother in 2014, my life changed in ways I never expected. Despite having achieved mainstream success; academic qualifications, a successful career, and a seemingly complete family, I felt far from my true self.

Confusion, doubt, and guilt became constant companions on my parenting journey. Despite my business background, experience as a Chartered Financial Analyst, and having implemented enterprise resource planning projects, organisation restructuring, merger and acquisition deals, I didn’t feel confident to parent my own child. I had no idea what to do. I did, however, know one thing: that the traditional dogmatic hierarchical parenting approach did not resonate with me.

My quest for a more compassionate way of parenting led me to conscious parenting, which has brought authenticity, connection, and joy into my home.

I am passionate about sharing this gift with you and supporting you on your own parenting journey. I graduated from Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Parenting Coaching Institute and I am a Peaceful Parenting Educator certified by Dr. Laura Markham’s Aha Parenting.

My studies in mindfulness include a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, as well as courses in Spiritual Psychology with Suzi Lula, Interpersonal Neurobiology with Dr. Dan Siegel from The Mindsight Institute, and The Emotion Code with Dr. Bradley Nelson from Discover Healing. Additionally, I have completed the Professional Coach Program certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I offer conscious parenting coaching and mindfulness classes to support your journey from the mind to the heart. I value non-judgment, presence, and compassion in creating a safe and nurturing space for your growth and evolution.

Through the conscious coaching program, you’ll gain the clarity and confidence to make daily decisions as a parent. You’ll deepen your relationship with your children and create connections that bring joy and fulfilment to both of you. Alongside your personal growth, you’ll gain insight into how your inner landscape impacts your relationships and life, enabling you to show up authentically in the world.
