Biography
As a psychologist, a mother of four children, and a college counselor for the past eleven years, I have seen firsthand the importance of conscious parenting. I fell in love with Dr. Shefali’s teachings as I searched for my own answers on how to properly raise my children, and her lessons have shifted my work with teens and families, including my own.
Nothing is more important than our inner wellbeing, and I look forward to helping families find it with compassion and empathy.
