Silvia Vernaschi is a certified mindfulness instructor and coach. She is committed to help people implement positive and sustainable changes in behaviour, manage stress, and become who they want to be. Silvia trained with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at the University of Bangor (UK) to teach the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and at the University of Oxford to teach the Mindfulness for Life program. She is a certified Executive and Team Coach, Certified Conscious Parent coach and she integrates coaching techniques, somatic awareness and mindfulness in her coaching practice and in her trainings. Silvia has started a personal mindfulness practice in 2015, and having experienced herself the transformative power of mindfulness, she has decided to train to teach mindfulness, to bring to others an effective tool for managing stressful, fast-paced lives. She is the mother of three children and lived in different countries in the last 20 years. In her work with parent, she is committed to support parents raise their level of consciousness and parent with joy and awareness. Silvia also holds a degree in Economics and she worked for 15 years in the government industry and in International Organizations in different countries around the world. Silvia works with individuals, groups, schools, corporate and organizations.
