Hi! I’m a 41-year-old licensed psychotherapist in California with 18 years of experience working with children and adults as a social worker and mental health therapist. In 2021, I also became a certified Conscious Parenting Coach from Dr. Shefali Tsabary’s Coaching Institute. Conscious parenting is a revolutionary new method of parenting that focuses on connection before correction. My approach in helping people with parenting struggles is directive and fast-paced. If you choose to work with me, we will spend the first few sessions learning about you and your child(ren). Then, the focus will be on learning how to connect with your child through consistent play. When we play with children in a way that meets their underlying emotional and psychological needs, we realize that the need for punishments and “fixing” behaviors decreases significantly. I also offer inner child healing sessions for adults looking to live a more authentic life by healing their childhood wounds.
