Dr. Shefali’s intensive training, my personal experiences and growth, along with continued mindfulness and parenting courses, help me coach parents to shift their relationship with themselves and their children. This shift in the parent brings about a sense of liberation and freedom as they mindfully and spiritually guide their children on this journey called life.
