Biography
Rachel is the founder of Powerfully Grounded Parents – an online community of parents who are building emotionally strong and resilient families. Together we learn how to regulate ourselves, regulate our kids, set healthy boundaries and use connection as our primary parenting tool.
As a former divorce attorney turned Certified Conscious Parenting Coach, Rachel has devoted her entire adult life to working in the trenches with families, helping them navigate challenges and turbulent times. She has studied and mentored with Dr. Shefali, and has continued her education as a trauma informed coach (through Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry methodology).
Rachel works with parents on building their desired parent-child relationship: a relationship where children feel seen and heard, and parents feel ease and harmony. Connection sits at the heart of what she teaches parents, as she coaches them to create an environment Rachel’s deeper purpose is to help kids grow up not having to remember who they are, because they never forgot it in the first place.
