Biography
Hi! I?m Ola and living consciously is a journey like no other! I love helping parents deepen their connection with themselves and their children and help navigate everyday challenges they face. I have more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, personal development and coaching individuals and teams in a corporate setting but since becoming a mom and a conscious coach, my focus has shifted to one on one coaching with parents. My kids have awakened me to who I really am and I?m grateful for all the life experiences, people and circumstances that continue to reveal to me where I am still not free. For me, that?s the work and that is the joy of life!
