With over 20 years of practical experience?managing my own anxiety & 19?years in the field of Motherhood, I am using what I have learned to help moms, like me, experience more peace, authenticity & joy through the art of motherhood!
Using my own insights, education & the Conscious Parenting Method ? I am coaching women to calm their own anxiety so their children can be free from the generational legacy of this?destructive force in our life.
Anxiety robs us of opportunities to form meaningful connections with our children.?There are more demands on mothers today than ever before, combined with a culture of scarcity & fear, it is easy to lose our way. We all need a hand sometimes to refocus & help us see more clearly.
