Biography
My names is Leslie, I live in between Los Cabos, Mexico & San Diego, CA. I am a human being that deeply cares. I care about the connection with our children and the connection to ourselves. I believe that if we nourish ourselves from within, with loving self-care on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, we will become the change we want to see in our children, our world and beyond.
My goal is to guide overwhelmed parents tap into their inner power, create compassionate inner-connection and navigate parenting so they can better understand their triggers and connect with their loved ones.
I am a Mother of 4 little wise ones. They, along with my personal journey and healing have been a portal to growth and awareness. My practice is centered in guiding parents back to themselves to heal and help them see the wisdom in their children and thus, connecting with love and compassion. I am passionate about this approach because in my life, it has allowed me to start living, feeling joy and all emotions deeply. Mi filosofía de coaching se basa en guiar a los padres a si mismos para sanar heridas personales y así ayudarlos a ver la sabiduría de sus hijos para poder conectar con amor y compasión. Utilizo técnicas de psicología del oeste y espiritualidad del este para encontrarte en tu momento presente. Me apasiona este enfoque porque en mi vida, me ha permitido empezar a vivir, sentir alegría plena y todas emociones profundamente.
