I am passionate about working with people to reduce suffering, which is a part of the human condition, although it is not the totality of the full experience that can be seen. I guide my clients through a process to become aware of trauma, emotional templates and conditioned beliefs that are rooted in a lack consciousness and help support them to raise their consciousness through developing self-awareness.

This work will lead to a deeper connection to their authentic self through practices such as reparenting, mindfulness and empowering them with education and a new found capacity to tune in, self reflect and self regulate emotions. By developing and raising the consciousness a person is able to access their potential and abundance in all areas of their life.

I have a mission and passion to develop awareness of trauma through re-education and understanding of what it is, normalise it in culture to be spoken about and allow people to become aware of the subtle nuances from childhood that impact development and the nervous system which in turn limits the adult self from thriving in life due to the attunement to lack and fear based programming. My work is grounded in psychology, neuroscience, epigenetics and universal wisdom teachings. I have extensive lived experience in many areas that I seek to support my clients in co-dependancy, PTSD, anxiety, harsh inner critic, challenging relationship dynamics, addiction and much more.
