Biography
I am the mom of two, a 20-yo son, and a 14-yo daughter. I was trying to be a conscious parent before I heard about conscious parenting in 2020. Finding Dr. Shefali’s work made a huge impact on my life personally and now professionally as I guide other parents toward becoming more peacefully aligned with themselves and their kids’ uniqueness.
