Biography
I have always been a seeker, passionate about understanding people and connections, which led me to pursue a career in counseling. I have a Masters of Education in Counseling and Sport Psychology from Boston University. For the past twenty years, my focus has been on supporting children, teens and their families. Seven of those years I were at a local high school counseling teens.
As many of us have experienced I had my own awakening which led me to conscious parenting coaching, what a gift!. I want to share a unique road map that blends western psychology and eastern mindfulness. Where connection is the center and can transform relationships. As a mother of two daughter in college I can say that this approach has been a game changer for my family as well as so many others. I look forward to meeting you:)
