Biography
Jen was born in the Dominican Republic, spent her early childhood living throughout Canada and her formative years as an expat in Dubai, UAE. As a lawyer with a top tier international law firm, Allen & Overy LLP, she worked in both their London and Dubai offices. Jen has also lived in Singapore and Bali and is currently based, with her family, in British Columbia, Canada. Her international background, both personally and professionally, provides her with a cultural awareness valued by many of her global clients.
Jen offers transformational coaching and programs both online and in-person. She works with individuals, couples, parents and families. Jen offers bespoke sessions, incorporating a unique and powerful blend of principles and tools in order to illuminate and unpack conditioning, belief systems and patterns that are hindering one’s ability to live their highest potential in all areas of life. She teaches clients how to shift the repetitive, destructive self-talk into a more conscious, optimized inner dialogue. Jen skillfully empowers her clients to break through their internal conflicts by learning how to engage in conscious inner negotiation in order to create a new understanding and supportive relationship with themselves and with others. Jen is a catalyst for accelerated evolution, whereby clients gain more clarity and freedom of choice in order to live a more authentic and connected life.
