Biography
I am a Conscious Parenting Coach. In 2014, I became a mother and my life as I knew it had forever changed. Armed with academic qualifications, a stellar career, material possessions and now a ‘complete’ family, I thought I had achieved success. Little did I know, I was farthest from my true self.
Children come into our lives to show us the way and they did just that. In search of more compassionate parenting, I came across Dr. Shefali’s teachings and was introduced to conscious parenting. Bringing together teachings from western psychology and eastern philosophy, conscious parenting is a sacred spiritual journey.
Through conscious parenting, I found my purpose. I am passionate about supporting mothers who seek guidance in their journey, navigating the different roles they play. Mothers who seek to consciously raise children and to find purpose in their lives.
