I live in the NY/NJ/CT area with my husband and college bound son. I have a life coaching business called truEssence Life Coaching. I am committed to working with couples, families and individuals who are ready and motivated to embark on nurturing their true essence of who it is they truly are. We will walk the path together and develop a toolbox of wisdom and awareness through the teachings of Dr Shefali and other wisdom teachers. My approach to healing comes from a strong connection to the client?s pain or disconnection and to be able to help the client feel understood and heard without judgement. Through the intense work of my own healing, I have come to discover that we are all interconnected.

I received a B.A. in psychology from Clark University and a Master?s degree in Clinical and Developmental Psychology from Columbia University. I have been fortunate to have worked with amazing and mindful individuals when I managed one of the largest outpatient mental health and medical care clinic in NYC serving Psychiatric and Developmentally Disabled adults and children and their families for 10 years. I was a Behavior Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and Psychotherapist for 15 years before embarking on my true passion of Conscious Parent Coaching and Conscious Living.
