Cindy works as a parent coach, a family coach, and a yoga practitioner. She graduated from Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Parenting program and has been working with parents and families for over twenty years. Specialty areas include children with special needs ranging from ADHD to Autism and Cerebral Palsy, Screen-time, Self-Care, and common behavioral challenges.
