Becki is a Family Coach and Attachment Specialist who helps families thrive by helping each member cultivate a healthy relationship style, called secure attachment, with themselves and with safe others. Science shows that having a secure attachment style (read “healthy relating”) is a key determinant for a healthy and fulfilling life. Securely attached children have better self-esteem, healthy friendships, are peer leaders, are more resilient, and are more likely to succeed academically. Similarly, securely attached adults have better relationships with their partners, children, family and friends and enjoy more professional success and personal fulfillment. Secure attachment is the best gift you can give yourself and your child.

The good news is that everyone is capable of cultivating secure attachment – we are all born with a secure attachment system that we can reconnect with and strengthen at any time in life. The foundation of Becki’s work is to help people do just that by using evidenced-based approaches in a way that helps each member feel safe, seen, and celebrated.

Becki is certified as a Conscious Parent Coach, Attachment Specialist, Traumatic Stress Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and is becoming certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. Also, trained as a scientist, she uses that expertise to help translate the newest research into actionable strategies for clients.
