Find A Conscious Parenting Coach

As a parent, counselor, coach and educator, I have a unique perspective into the needs of parents and children. My first experience working with children was over 20 years ago where as part of my doctoral clinical psychology program, I provided both therapy and psychological testing to school-aged children. Since that time, I’ve worked in a variety of roles in school settings, most recently as a school adjustment counselor.

Those experiences have provided me the opportunity to support not only children, but their families as well. And with that, particularly post pandemic, I have come to see that parents are in need of supports that are not routinely offered. In an effort to fill that gap in need, I pursued training with Dr. Shefali Tsabary and am now a certified conscious parenting coach. I act as a guide alongside parents as they seek to become more attuned to their child’s strengths and struggles as well as understand how their own patterns of relating to others impacts their child’s ability to do the same. The process is collaborative, nonjudgemental and will serve as a path to true connection for you and your child.
