I am Angelica Bastida, and my first spiritual awakening happened in 2012 when I became a mother. I knew then that I wanted to parent differently: I wanted to stay away from worry, control, and guilt. I remember feeling deep in my heart the need to question it all. However, it took me several years of inner work and formal training to find my path to parenting consciously.

Dr. Shefali Tsabary trained me in 2019. She is a world-renowned clinical psychologist and wisdom teacher; and the pioneer in Conscious Parenting. My preparation to become a Conscious Parenting Coach was rigorous and intense and profoundly affected me. It literally transformed how I see myself, life, and others.

Working with parents has become my passion. I help moms and dads have a more joyous parenting experience. Through my coaching, they rediscover their authentic self and heal their emotional wounds to better connect with their loved ones, especially their children.

I feel honored and humbled to walk alongside parents who are going through the exciting journey of parenting. My purpose is to remind them that they can trust their inner wisdom and make them aware of their power.

Soy Angelica Bastida y mi primer despertar espiritual sucedio en el 2012, cuando me converti en madre. Fue en ese momento cuando me di cuenta que debia criar a mis hijos de manera distinta: ejercer la maternidad libre de preocupacion, control y culpa. Recuerdo haber sentido algo profundo en mi corazon, una necesidad de cuestionar todo. Me tomo varios anos de trabajo interno y pasar por una capacitacion formal para comenzar a criar a mis hijos de manera consciente.

En el 2019 fui capacitada por la Dra. Shefali Tsabary, psicologa clinica de renombre internacional, maestra de mindfulness y pionera de la Crianza Consciente. Mi preparacion fue rigurosa e intensa y tuvo un efecto profundo en mi. Literalmente transformo la manera en la que me veo a mi misma, la vida y a otros.

Trabajar con padres se ha convertido en mi pasion. Ayudo a madres y padres a tener una mejor experiencia de crianza. A traves de mi coaching, pueden redescubrir su yo autentico y sanar heridas emocionales para mejorar la conexion con sus hijos.

Es un honor caminar de la mano junto a padres y madres en su experiencia de crianza. Mi proposito es recordarles que pueden confiar en su sabiduria y mostrarles el poder que tienen.
