Biography
I am certified as a “Conscious Parenting Coach” who utilizes the methods I learned through Dr. Shefali’s coaching program. In my practice I emphasize Eastern spiritual philosophies and mind frame to assist my clients in rediscovering their true self.
We can only do for our children what we have first done for ourselves. I guide my clients to knowing who their are within, “as within so without.” My life experience as a woman who was married for over two decades then divorced and now is independently raising my son has given me many valuable lessons to help other women walk down the same path.
As I see it we are divine beings having a human experience which is to know ourselves, love ourselves, trust ourselves, and be ourselves. We co-create our entire reality in relationship with the Divine and with others, most especially our luminous children.
