I am a retired Montessori teacher, Montessori school director and a Conscious Parent coach. I work with parents of children of all ages. I specialize in families attending Montessori schools and also consult in child focused home environments.

I’m a coach for moms who feel depleted and want to find more meaning in their lives. I guide them to find ways to recharge, get clear on who they are and what they want, and to move forward with projects or work they care deeply about without sacrificing their connected relationships with their kids. Through our one-on-one, virtual coaching sessions, they rediscover themselves, find their own insights, and re-learn to nurture themselves as well as their kids.
