Inez Natalia is the Founder of the Inner Mother Power movement, creator of The Uncaged Mamas, and a Certified Conscious (Re)Parenting Coach. She helps mothers who want to have more peace, joy, and reclaim freedom in parenting and lives.

Using her No-Yelling Parenting method, she guides mothers break their reactivity-shame-guilt cycle by going to the roots of their triggers, access their inner wisdom, so that they can shift pain into power.

Back in 2019, she co-created a Conscious Parenting program together with Dr. Shefali, that has helped thousands of parents renew connection with their children and heal generations to come.

“Safe space” and “compassion” are the two most frequently mentioned terms that Inez’s clients use to describe their experiences working with her. With gentleness and trust, Inez
is capable to guide mothers to look inwards for answers, where they are fully safe to be vulnerable and reclaim their true inner mother power.

From publishing a book by the age of 24, hosting a Podcast, and starting a global movement, Inez always starts her creations from a deep sense of curiosity. She used to wonder: “What’s the real cause of all the parenting struggles?”. She knew all parents want the best for their children. But despite everyone’s best intention, the parent-child connection could easily get obstructed. And inevitable pain and wounds get created.

This curiosity has led her to Conscious (Re)Parenting, where she found the fundamental answers to her questions. Conscious (Re)Parenting is a powerful approach that blends Western psychology and Eastern wisdom. More than just concepts, this approach can truly bring back the power to the hands of the parents. It helps parents to heal from within and to liberate themselves.

Inez believes that when a mother liberates herself, she can also liberate her children’s children.
