I’m Michelle and I’m passionate about helping people connect with their self-worth, find inner peace, joy, and fulfilment, relief from stress, anxiety and pain, and in turn become more present in all their relationships.

As a conscious parenting coach, I can help you to uncover and heal the issues of your own inner child which are influencing your adult life and their parenting in the present. Together we will embark on a gentle process to help you become aware of your own patterns, triggers and conditioned behaviours and develop techniques to cultivate peace and equanimity, not just in relationship with your child, but in every relationship in your life.​

I have further certification as a trauma-informed coach, which means I also consider the role your nervous system plays in the regulation of your emotions and your reactions to present moment situations. Regulating your nervous system can help you to form deeper connections with others and move ahead with more clarity and confidence.

Geboren 1975 in Oldenburg, aufgewachsen als Leistungssportlerin, studierte Heike zun?chst BWL, f?hrte eine Praxis als Ern?hrungsberaterin und arbeitete viele Jahre in der Filmbranche vor und hinter der Kamera.

Mit der Geburt ihrer beiden Kinder begann Heike ihre Sehnsucht nach bewusster Arbeit zu erf?llen. Sie bildete sich zur Alexander Technik Lehrerin bei Ulli Pawlas aus und begann zu schreiben. Dabei entdeckte sie ihre mediale Gabe, der sie weiter auf den Grund ging. Nachdem sie einen Film ?ber den Heiler Dr. Eric Pearl drehte, folgte eine Ausbildung zur Heilerin. Ihre Heilkraft vertiefte sie durch eine Ausbildung bei Elisa Egwatu und eine Geomantie Ausbildung bei Dr. Werner Hartung. Sie begann Menschen zu begleiten, ihren eigenen inneren Lehrer und Heiler zu entdecken. Nach langj?hriger Selbsterfahrung (5 Rhythmen und Open Floor) und zahlreichen Reisen in unterschiedlichste Kulturkreise bildete sie sich bei Andrea Juhan, Kathy Altmann und Lori Saltzman zur Conscious Movement Lehrerin (Open Floor Lehrerin) aus. Ihr psychologisches Wissen verdankt sie vor allem ihrer Ausbildung zum Bewusstseins-Coach bei der amerikanischen Psychologin und Weisheitslehrerin Dr. Shefali.

She trained with and got certified by Dr. Shefali Tsabary after she had been teaching mindfulness to children, teens and adults for over a decade.

She has a background in holistic medicine and energetics which she integrates in her work as needed.

In the time she is not working for her business she loves to go swimming, biking, hiking, doing Ballet classes online, and making and enjoying Lasagne and Tiramisu with her two boys, 12 and 15 years old.
