Terry is a Conscious Parent Coach, certified by Dr Shefali’s Conscious Coaching Institute. Trained in her methodology, Terry helps parents renew their connection with both themselves and their children.

Terry developed her interest in conscious parenting when she discovered Dr. Shefali Tsabary in 2012 on Oprah’s SuperSOUL series, followed by her books and courses. From that moment, she was inspired by her message and teachings and felt called to spread the knowledge to others.

Hi! I am Elisabeth, a conscious parenting + simplicity coach, an author and a mother of 3 amazing free spirited young boys. I live in Quebec city, Canada with my husband and my boys, and everyday I commit to live a simple, green and meaningful life.

I entered the portal of my own awakening through the birth of our first son. At that very moment, a deep paradigm shift happened in my husband and I : we were now committed to create a slower and simpler family life than what was proposed in this very fast and cluttered modern world. At that moment, I was excelling as a professional in environment/sustainable development and to me, it only made sense to slow down to live a more consistent life, through our everyday choices and actions. So the decluttering of our family life began and it transformed us. And with every decluttered area of our life – our home, our schedules, the cultural pressures and believes – we deepened our connexion to each other and to our boys (they are very close in age, that wasn’t minimalistic at all!).

In my work, I support parents to connect and create deep relationships with their children. through online classes and coaching. I support parents who wish to slow down and create a simpler family life, with less pressure, less stuff, less judgments, less “should”. To create a life that is not a race. I help parents to connect to their own inner terrain, gain inner power to live the life they really want and raise themselves to connect more deeply with their children.

When I am not coaching, you can find me gardening, cooking (ahum…eating) kimchi and bread, drawing, photographing and exploring nature with my family. Oh and I coach in both French and English!
